Helen Wang is working on the Leadership for the New Era project, which is designed to help managers and executives to develop their leadership skills and meet the challenges of the 21st Century. Her passion is to facilitate a process of transformation that helps people become both successful and fulfilled in their professional and personal lives. She is especially interested in spirituality in workplace, women in leadership, and the balance of leading by mind and heart. Her Leadership for the New Era project paper will be presented at Organizational Development World Congress in July 2001 at Vienna. Helen is also a column writer for a major Hong Kong newspaper - Hong Kong Economic Journal. She recently just finished a series of articles on the subject of Silicon Valley Entrepreneurial Spirit and Success Stories. Prior to founding her own company, Helen worked as a Research Manager at the Institute for the Future, where she led studies on how information technology transforms the workplace and organizations. Originally from China, Helen holds an M.A. in International Development Policy from Stanford University, a M.S. in Economics from University of New Hampshire, and a B.A in English Literature from Hangzhou University.
